Liverpool are continuing to strengthen the squad in this transfer window and, after bringing in two midfielders, they are now setting their sights on a centre-back.
Tuttosport is reporting that they are preparing a £34m offer for Torino centre-back Perr Schuurs after having an initial £25m offer rejected.
The 23-year-old had a trial for Liverpool when he was just 17 and has been on Jurgen Klopp’s wanted list for some time.
However, Napoli are also keen on Schuurs, so watch this space.
