Liverpool fans have been holding onto hope that Jude Bellingham will join us at the end of the season.
The Reds and Man City have been rumoured to be frontrunners for the 19-year-old’s signature this summer, with Jurgen Klopp favourite to get his man.
However, Guillem Balague believes the Borussia Dortmund and England midfielder is “ready” for a move to Real Madrid.
“Real are favourites, quite clearly. Borussia Dortmund have to have a conversation with the player, and with his dad, who is key to the solution of this situation,” the Spanish pundit told ITV.
“They’ve always been very aware about where to place him, and where to place him next. He is ready for Real Madrid. Real Madrid are ready for him.
“The price is about €100m plus €40m depending on certain bonuses (£125m in total). Real Madrid are saying, ‘yeah, not a problem’. But we know that there are other clubs that want him.
“I do think Real Madrid are favourites, and as Gaizka Mendieta said, it fits what Real Madrid are doing, and what Jude is doing next. Remember, he’s only 19.”
