Al-Ittihad refuse to give up on Salah

With more talk of a possible move to Saudi for Mo Salah once again resurfacing, it is going to be a stressful few weeks for Liverpool fans.

Salah appears to be tempted, but the club and the manager have been insistent that the Egyptian forward is going nowhere, in this transfer window at least.

However, Al-Ittihad are undettered and are preparing a revised offer that they believe will be too good to refuse, making him the highest-paid player in the Saudi Pro League.

According to reports, the offer to Liverpool will be £130m plus add-ons, with the player picking up a cool £170m per year.

There is already talk of contingency plans being made, with Atletico Madrid attacker Joao Felix being earmarked as a possible replacement.

Let’s hope the Reds can hold out, until the end of this season at least.
