Gini Wijnaldum has agreed to join PSG when his Liverpool contract officially expires at the end of this month.
The Dutch midfielder was thought to be on his way to Barcelona but negotiations broke down and the French club took advantage.
Wijnaldum made 237 appearances and scored 22 times for Liverpool since joining from Newcastle United and was a key member of Jurgen Klopp’s squad that went on to win the Champions League, Club World Cup and Premier League.
He will be sorely missed, but we wish him well in the next chapter of his illustrious career.
