It’s never much fun watching back a defeat, but don’t forget this was the first pre-season game after summer holidays and more about fitness levels than the result.
On a positive note, it was good to see new signings Fabio Carvalho and Darwin Nunez making their debuts for the club and also great to see some of the Academy players in action.
