Liverpool’s new signing Ryan Gravenberch won’t be available to play in Sunday’s game against Aston Villa at Anfield, having not met the deadline of 12pm on Friday to be registered for the game.
Virgil van Dijk is also unavailable due to his one-game ban after being sent off at Newcastle United last week.
Ibrahima Konate and Thiago Alcantara are ruled out through injury, so it is likely that Jurgen Klopp will opt for Joe Gomez and Joel Matip at the heart of the defence.
The game kicks off at 2pm.
