Liverpool have agreed a deal with Fulham for Fabio Carvalho, believed to be £10m, but the two clubs have failed to get the deal sheets submitted before Monday’s 11pm deadline.
The 19-year-old forward will now remain at Craven Cottage until the end of the season when his contract expires and Liverpool will have another chance to sign him.
