Changes afoot for trip to West Ham?

Next up for Liverpool is an away trip to West Ham on Wednesday night.

The Hammers are fighting to avoid relegation so it promises to be a tough game but, with seven Premier League games to squeeze in between now and the end of May, it’s likely that Jurgen Klopp will choose to rest a few players. The big question is who.

With Thiago back he could opt to give Jordan Henderson a break, while Darwin Nunez could come into the starting XI in place of Diogo Jota.

Assuming he came through the Nottingham Forest game without any problems, Luis Diaz will almost certainly be on the bench again and brought on at some point during the match.

We will get a fitness update on Tuesday morning when Klopp gives his pre-match press conference.
