Jurgen Klopp faced the press ahead of Sunday’s FA Cup tie with Arsenal and gave us an update on the injury to Dominik Szoboszlai.
The Hungarian midfielder picked up a hamstring injury in the New Years Day win over Newcastle and will miss Sunday’s game at the Emirates.
“I can confirm it’s not a potential injury – it is an injury. Muscle, hamstring, but now we have to see,” said the Liverpool boss.
“Dom is very positive, doesn’t have a lot of pain but we have to wait a little bit. So, no chance obviously for Sunday, not for Wednesday.
“Then we will see, after that hopefully he might be back but we don’t know.”
