Youri Tielemans is pushing Leicester City to allow him to complete his dream move to Liverpool this summer, according to reports.
The 24-year-old Belgian midfielder has emerged as favourite to replace Gini Wijnaldum and the Mirror claims a deal ‘could be completed quickly’.
Jurgen Klopp has suggested some of the fringe players may be loaned out next season, adding weight to rumours of incoming transfers.
“With a few of the younger ones, maybe we have to think about going out on loan, stuff like this, is it the right moment? There’s no final decision yet,” said the Liverpool boss as the club kick off pre-season preparations at their Austrian training camp.
“There’s a chance to make the right steps in the right direction. They were close to the first team but didn’t play often enough. So, the door is open.”
