Mo Salah will ignore Real Madrid’s attempts to lure him to Spain and stay at Liverpool.

The Reds are expected to offer the Egyptian forward a bumper £200k per week contract to secure his services, amid growing speculation that Real Madrid are keen to make an offer for the 25-year-old in the summer.

According to the Sunday Mirror, ‘Salah is anxious to prove himself in the Premier League – and has told friends he’s staying in England.’

It will be welcome news to Jurgen Klopp who has already had to deal with the blow of losing playmaker Philippe Coutinho to Barcelona, and a statement of intent by the club’s owners that they are prepared to invest in the quality needed to win the Premier League.
