Another game without Salah, Mane and Keita and another win for Liverpool. The performance may not have been as convincing at Selhurst Park on Sunday, but the three points helped Jurgen Klopp’s men close the gap on Manchester City at the top of the Premier League table.
Virgil van Dijk‘s header gave the Reds an early lead and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain got on the scoresheet again to extend it. Crystal Palace didn’t roll over though and fought back with a goal after the break. A late penalty from Fabinho sealed it after VAR deemed a foul on Diogo Jota in the area.
