Bayern Munich are set to make an improved £42.5m bid for Sadio Mane, matching Liverpool’s valuation of the Senegal forward.
According to Sky Sports, ‘a fresh round of discussions between all parties has been pencilled in for Friday with Hasan Salihamidzic, the sporting director of the German champions, determined to wrap up a deal for their priority target.’
Mane has reportedly already verbally agreed terms with the Bundesliga club and Liverpool have signed Darwin Nunez this week, so it looks like it’s only a matter of time before the deal is done.
