The Reds go to Italy for Tuesday night’s Champions League fixture, kicking off at 8pm.
Naby Keita, Joel Matip and Kostas Tsimikas travelled with the squad to Italy and face a late fitness test before kick-off, but Thiago has yet to return to full training. Nat Phillips is unavailable as he was not registered in the Champions League squad.
It won’t be an easy game. Atalanta, who reached the quarter-finals of the 2019-20 competition, have already picked up four points from their opening two matches in Group D and are second behind Jurgen Klopp’s team.
The game will be shown live in the UK on BT Sport 2 and can be streamed via the BT Sport app and BTSport.com.
US fans can watch on TUDN, it’s on DAZN in Canada, Optus Sport in Australia and SuperSport, BeIN or Canal+ across much of the rest of the world.
