Klopp exit clause revealed

Jurgen Klopp has an exit clause in his latest Liverpool contract, it has been revealed.

The 52-year-old signed a new two-year extension on his contract at Anfield in December, keeping him at the club until 2024.

The Independent reports that the Reds’ boss is understood to have a clause ensuring the club will help him relocate to Germany when he does depart.

Details are unclear but it would likely involve helping him with housing and moving his family back to his home country, but wouldn’t apply if he were to decide to move to Spain, Italy or elsewhere.
